2007-06-25 - 1:45 p.m.

Going drunk shopping soon. Have you ever done it? It's great. You spend all night drinking, then scrub yourself up a bit around noon and hit the toon. You just stagger about the mall, bombed out your skull buying random stuff as it takes your fancy. Then you wake up at 10.30pm and at first you think it's 10.30am the next day, but then nemesis reality creeps up on you. Your eyes adjust to the gloaming and you bear witness to your trail of consumerist destruction. You see the umbrella stand leaning askew against the armoire. You hazzily recall giving it a kick before you collapsed on the floor. Then your eyes see all the cufflinks, stuffed cats and fireworks that seemed amusing at the time. Well, at least your taxidermic party will go with a bang.
